Technology we Install
We use high-quality proven solar and battery technology from established manufacturers, selected for performance, reliability, warranty support and long-term value.
Rather than working around one fixed product range, we choose the equipment that best suits each project. That means considering the property, energy use, system size, battery requirements, backup needs and plans for the future.
Our core technology partners include AIKO, Fox ESS, Sigenergy and Tesla.

£500 upfront
Nothing more to pay until your installation is complete and you’re happy with the work.
We’re the only solar company to offer this approach. Your £500 gets things moving, including the DNO application – approval from your local electricity network to connect your system to the grid.
The deposit remains refundable if you decide not to proceed and is deducted from your final balance. Nothing further is requested until the work is complete and any genuine installation issues have been resolved.
Aftercare & support beyond your Installation

At Phase Energy, our commitment doesn’t end once your solar panels or battery storage system is installed. We believe reliable aftercare is just as important as the quality of the installation itself.
Our dedicated team provides ongoing support with system monitoring, performance queries, manufacturer warranties and technical assistance, helping ensure your solar PV and battery storage system continues to operate efficiently.
Whether you need help understanding your energy generation, adjusting battery settings or resolving a technical issue, we’re here to provide the guidance and support you need.
From installation to long-term aftercare, we’re committed to helping you get the most from your renewable energy investment.

What our customers say
Frequently Asked Questions
A quotation tells you the price, but it does not necessarily tell you how carefully the system has been designed, how it will be installed, what protection sits behind it or what happens after the installers leave. We think those things are just as important as the equipment itself, which is why this page explains the way we approach the whole project.
We do not believe customers should have to hand over a large proportion of the project cost before the system has been installed. The £500 commitment allows us to begin the technical and administrative work needed to progress your installation while keeping your financial exposure low.
Phase Energy asks for just £500 upfront to get your project moving, including any necessary DNO application to your local electricity network. The deposit is refundable if you decide not to proceed and, if you do go ahead, it is deducted from your final balance. No further payment is requested until your installation has been completed.
Where a DNO application is required, Phase Energy can handle it as part of progressing your project. The DNO is the Distribution Network Operator, the company responsible for the local electricity network. Depending on the proposed system, their approval may be needed before it can be connected or allowed to export electricity to the grid.
If the network operator places restrictions on the proposed system, we can review the design and discuss the available options with you. You are not simply committed to proceeding with an unsuitable system because the original proposal has changed.
Yes. Commissioning the equipment is only part of the handover. We want you to understand how the system works, how to monitor it and how to get the most from it. If you have questions after installation, you can come back to Phase Energy for help.
If there is a genuine installation issue, we want it resolved properly. You have a direct point of contact with Phase Energy and we do not regard the job as finished simply because the equipment has been switched on. Where necessary, we can also work with the equipment manufacturer to help diagnose and resolve faults.
We would rather identify a problem before installation than discover it halfway through the job. Roof condition, structural considerations, electrical infrastructure and access can all form part of the assessment. If additional work is needed, we will explain the options rather than simply installing a system regardless.
Your first call would still be to Phase Energy. We can help identify whether the issue relates to the installation or the equipment and, where appropriate, help liaise with the manufacturer. That is one of the reasons we think aftercare should be considered when choosing an installer, rather than comparing systems purely on price.
Phase Energy holds recognised industry accreditations and manufacturer approvals covering the work and technologies we install. Rather than simply displaying a collection of logos, we explain what the relevant accreditations and approvals mean on our dedicated Accreditations & Approvals page.
Often, yes, although this depends on the system selected and the electrical and DNO constraints at the property. If future expansion is important to you, tell us at the design stage so that it can be considered when choosing the equipment.
